Job Title: Associate Mystery Shopping Exercise

Location: Mumbai

What you will do: 

• Conduct investigation of malpractices cases reported through customer complaints, and other reporting channels.
• Investigation report writing expertise.
• Conduct mystery shopping activities to identify/detect malpractices
• Managing of verification and investigation of suspicious alerts generated through system.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of Various Risk Incidents/malpractices reported through the In House Incident reporting Tool.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for lead Cases.
• Providing continuous inputs and proactively contribute in the refining alerts and strengthen detection methods.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to close the investigations and actionable of the same.
• Conduct risk assessment of processes and assist departments in mitigating the gaps.
• Preparing and publishing various MIS

Who you are:

• In-depth understanding of investigation process/techniques
• Proficient in review of process and ability to identify gaps.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge on frauds and malpractices.
• Strong skills in preparation of various dashboards.
• Strong communication and organization skills 
• Ability to automate investigation process
