We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Professional with 5-9 years of comprehensive expertise in HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR compliance, payroll management, performance management systems, and HR audits. Additionally, experience in organizational restructuring and communication skills will be critical for driving HR operational efficiency and aligning HR processes with business needs. Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in HR analytics and reporting tools.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance (e.g., labour code, statutory benefits, payroll taxation).
• In-depth knowledge of performance management systems, including employee development and feedback mechanisms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead audits, identify gaps in HR processes, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Proven track record of leading and supporting organizational change, restructuring, or reorganization initiatives.
