Talent Acquisition Associate (1-2 years of experience minimum)

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Bachelors in IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
