Technical Recruiter- Trainee (Freshers)

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru for a Technical Recruiter Trainee at AGS. The role involves researching and identifying potential candidates for technical IT roles, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. As a Technical Recruiter Trainee, you will also learn how to analyze job requirements and provide recommendations for the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
