Job Description: Junior IT Recruiter (6 months to 1 year experience)

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various technical roles. Your duties will include:

• Posting job ads on relevant platforms
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
• Assisting in the recruitment process and maintaining candidate databases
• Supporting HR team with onboarding activities

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies
