Position: IT Recruiter Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Month

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month (₹4,000 fixed + ₹4,000 variable)

Working Hours: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in job postings and employer branding initiatives.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve hiring strategies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
