Heres the process youll go through:

3️⃣ Role-Specific Technical MCQ Test. (10 mins)

4️⃣ Final Interview – With the Founder.

5️⃣ Offer Discussion – With the Hiring Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Hiring Needs: Collaborate with teams to understand staffing needs and create/update job descriptions.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to find talent and build a pipeline.
3. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate fit.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and prep candidates for interviews; collect feedback.
5. Managing Recruitment Process: Guide candidates through the process, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance.
6. Employer Branding: Promote company culture at events to attract top talent.
7. Candidate Relationship: Maintain communication, provide a great experience, and stay in touch for future roles.
8. Data Management: Track candidate info and generate reports to improve strategies.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and competitors practices.
10. Onboarding Support: Assist with the smooth onboarding process.
