Role : Operations Specialist

Experience : 1-3 years (D2C plus Start up experience is a plus)

- In this role, youll ensure smooth operations, improve Turnaround Time (TAT), and enhance cross-departmental workflows to keep us running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

TAT Optimization:

- Identify bottlenecks across production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to improve turnaround times.

Process Improvement:

- Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows, implement automation, and drive efficiency.

Problem-Solving:

- Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Cross-Department Coordination:

- Facilitate seamless communication and hand-offs between teams.

Data Analysis:

- Monitor key metrics like TAT, production lead times, and inventory turnover.

- Use data insights to drive improvements.

Capacity Planning:

- Forecast production and warehouse capacity to meet demand effectively.

SOP Management:

- Review, update, and train teams on standard operating procedures to ensure alignment and scalability.

Performance Tracking:

- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Vendor Monitoring:

- Oversee vendor TAT to ensure timely deliveries, supporting the merchandising team.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate issues.

Qualifications & Skills: Experience:

- 1-3 years in operations, supply chain, or process improvement roles (preferably in e-commerce or retail).

Education:

- Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field.

Problem-Solving:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to overcome roadblocks.

Process Orientation:

- Proven ability to document, refine, and optimize operational workflows.

Data Proficiency:

- Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and data-driven decision-making.

Collaboration:

- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Time Management:

- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
