Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support and Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in providing technical support, deploying software solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation for clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to troubleshoot issues, conduct training, and drive successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Deployment: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
Client Support: Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize software solutions based on client requirements.
Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development, product, and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new features and updates to ensure smooth rollouts and minimize disruptions.
Feedback Management: Gather and analyse client feedback to provide insights for product improvements and enhancements.
Incident Management: Track and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve implementation and support processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a support, implementation, or technical consulting role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
Experience with software deployment, configuration, and integration.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and scripting languages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks is preferred.
