Role & responsibilities
As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our company's key clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams to deliver solutions and support to clients, while also advocating for clients' needs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: • Serve asthe main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Understand clients' technical requirements and business objectives, and work closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs. • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technicalteams, advocating for clients' needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues or concerns. • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve them. • Conduct regular check-ins with clientsto assesssatisfaction, gatherfeedback, and identify areasfor improvement. • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesrelevant to clients' businesses, and share insights internally and with clients as appropriate. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Prior experience in a technical role,such assoftware development, implementation, or technical support preferably in the cybersecurity dominion. • Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
