Customer Success Manager ( US Market)

We are offering a part-time, 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity for individuals with a Computer Science background and familiarity with Data, ML, and AI. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of the enterprise sales and account management team, actively supporting account management activities for our US-based team. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships and serve as a primary contact for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Account Management teams to ensure the successful execution of engagements
• Identify, develop, and take ownership of meaningful technology partnerships.
• Create sales opportunities by conducting thorough research on target prospects, initiating contact with new accounts, and managing client communication effectively.
• Support our podcast by identifying and securing guests, overseeing podcast publishing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM and digital platforms for account and lead management.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in Data Analytics and AI.

REQUIREMENTS

• Academic degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). A background in Data and Analytics is preferred.
• Previous experience in an IT services or technology company, working closely with Sales, Account Management, or Solution Teams, is preferred but not mandatory.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Since this is a remote position based in India, candidates can choose any 2-hour slot between 6 PM and 11 PM IST to align with US business hours.
