Responsibilities: -Connect with specific players via Whatsapp/Email etc. -Build a relationship with the players by engaging with them in conversations not specific to purchases. The basic conversation and relationship to be that of a friend who is here to help them get the most out of the game -Understand various aspects of their gameplay including what drives their decision. -Craft deals, packs and experiences based on what players value the most staying in bounds of what can be offered -Helping players stay at the top in leagues, leaderboards and events (Whichever is of value to them). -Engage users and nurture them in case they are about to be churned (input will be data from analysis of high payers). Requirements: -High level of ownership and bias for action. -Empathy to understand top users' issues and resolve them in an effective manner. -2 years experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for English Language. -Knowledge of best practices and CRM tools. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Attention to detail, good observational skills, and problem-solving.
