Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will assist in creating a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, emailers, standees, and exhibition booth graphics. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging banners, ads, and promotional content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
• Website Banners & UI Assets: Create high-quality banners, hero images, and other visual elements for websites and landing pages.
• Infographics & Visual Content: Develop infographics and data visualizations to enhance content readability and engagement.
• Print Materials: Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, certificate templates and other marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality print standards.
• Emailers & Newsletters: Design email templates and marketing email graphics that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Exhibition Booth Graphics & Standees: Create visually appealing booth graphics, backdrops, banners, and standee designs for exhibitions and corporate events.
• Other Marketing Materials: Develop presentations, event materials
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across different platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, sales, and event teams to develop impactful marketing visuals.
• Revisions & Updates: Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback and campaign requirements.
• File & Asset Management: Organize and maintain design assets for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer, with average portfolio showcasing work in digital, print, and event design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel DRAW, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma) or equivalent design tools.
• Experience designing exhibition booth graphics, standees, and large-format prints.
• Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create designs for both digital (social media, web, email) and print (brochures, banners, posters, etc.) formats.
• Familiarity with print production processes, color management, and large-format printing.
• basic attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of basic video editing, or UI/UX principles is a plus.
