Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our communications team to create visually appealing content that supports our programmes and initiatives

Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional materials

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet organisational goals

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms

Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Provide support in any other design-related tasks as required

1 - 2 years of experience in Graphic Design

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Corel Draw

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when necessary
