Job Title - Graphic Designer
Reports to - Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibility:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, social media posts, and website banners or Ad creatives.
Develop user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback, and translating them into wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
Collaborate with the marketing and to deliver design solutions that meet project goals.
Design and refine UI elements such as buttons, icons, and layouts for website, softwaresdashboard.
Conduct competitorresearch to keep up with the industrial updates and develop ideas, designs accordingly.
Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualification:
Masters in graphic design or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing with a focus on UI/UX.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work

Requirements
Required Skill Set:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools.
Good hands in creating Motion Graphics Animated Videos for video editing.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Experience with wire framing and prototyping tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Good communication skills for presenting design concepts and ideas.
