Job Description - HR Executive (Operation department)

Working days: 5.5 days Working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Office location: 1, Mathura Rd, Block A, DLF Industrial Area, Sector 32, Faridabad, Haryana 121003

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify attendance records, overtime and other relevant data for payroll calculations.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
• To stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance in salary calculations.
• Manage the preparation and submission of ESI challans and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate deposit of ESI contributions.
• Prepare onboarding schedules and materials for new employees.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure that salary processing, ESI contributions, and other HR activities comply with relevant legal standards.
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to salary, ESI contributions, Onboarding and
  policy documentation.
• Actively participate in sourcing candidates through various channels, screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates as and when required.
• Ensure that employee files contain all necessary and up-to-date documentation.
• Address queries and concerns related to onboarding, salary and policies.
• Propose and implement improvements to streamline operations.
• Seek feedback from employees to identify areas for enhancement in HR services.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field is required. Master's degree in HR or a related discipline will be preferred.
• Focus on HR operations, payroll, compliance or a related area.
• Must have good knowledge of labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
