About the company
Diva Exports Pvt. Ltd. a Mumbai Mumbai-basedbased Export House & Design Studio specializing in print, woven and embroidered textiles for the home furnishing market is looking for a Senior HR Executive.
We are looking for an experienced candidate willing to manage the HR role in the organization.
Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment
2. Leave & Attendance Management
3. Payroll Management
4. Employee Retention Activities
5. Training and Performance Management System
Coordination
6. Employee Life Cycle Management
7. Employee Counselling on Day-to-Day grievances and performance issues
Timing:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (04th Saturday Off)
Salary Range and Perks:
₹. 30000-40000 CTC per month (depending upon the performance during interview and last drawn salary)

Experience:
1 to 2 year of prior HR experience
MBA HR
