Job Description: Area Sales Manager (Testing & Health Packages)

Working days: 5.5 days working (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM

Office location: 1, Mathura Road, Block A, DLF Industrial Area, Sector 32, Faridabad, Haryana 121003

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate partnerships and ensure effective execution of health package sales.
• Develop and execute strategies for promoting testing and health packages to corporate clients.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed regional revenue targets for health packages, ensuring that key chain accounts are fully optimized for sales.
• Build relationships with HR and wellness teams in companies.
• Oversee the performance of the support sales team under the corporate division.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Establish long-term partnerships with Labs, Clinics and Corporates to ensure customer loyalty and repeat sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback from customers (e.g., Testing) to the product development team to influence future product offerings and enhancements.

Requirement and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales role, preferably within the medical device industry and pharma industry.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cardio products and how they are applied within fitness and wellness industries.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales or institutional sales within laboratories and clinics.
• Skills:

a) Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

b) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

c) Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

d) Data-driven decision-making with a focus on performance metrics.
