- Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to facilitate recruitment.
- Employee Relations:
- • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the values of the fashion retail industry.
- • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and conduct investigations when necessary.
- • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Training and Development:
- • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- • Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths for employees.
- • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics and industry-specific skills.
- Performance Management:
- • Administer performance review processes and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- • Work with management to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- HR Administration:
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
- • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- • Administer benefits and manage employee relations documentation.
- Employee Recognition and Rewards:
- • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
- • Administer rewards and incentive programs to motivate and retain top talent.
- Qualifications:
- • Proven experience as an HR executive in the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.
- • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
