Business Head - FMCG/Food Products (7-10 yrs)

- We are looking for a visionary Business Head with over 7 years of experience in FMCG/Food Products to lead and drive the overall business strategy.

- The ideal candidate will own the P&L, oversee category and business development, and build strong partnerships to expand market reach while fostering a high-performing team.

- P&L Ownership and Business Strategy

- Define and execute the overall business strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and conduct regular P&L reviews.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.

- Category Management - Conduct market analysis to define product strategies and optimize the product portfolio.

- Drive new product launches while phasing out underperforming SKUs.

- Ensure product availability and establish a robust vendor network.

- Market and Business Development

- Expand distribution channels and strengthen relationships with Modern Trade partners.

- Negotiate favorable trade terms and pricing strategies.

- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
