We are seeking a seasoned AVP/Senior AVP - Consulting to lead business development initiatives and drive growth in General Insurance products.
- The role entails client acquisition, strategic market exploration, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
- This position requires a strong background in B2B sales within Broking, General Insurance, or TPA industries, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and sales closures.
- Acquire new clients and expand the business portfolio.
- Lead business development efforts for General Insurance products, including Mediclaim, GTL, Asset, Fire, Liability, Engineering, and Marine insurance.
- Develop and execute strategies to explore new potential markets and ensure sales targets are met.
- Guide the sales team in initiating contacts for inquiries, RFQs, and mandate letters.
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of product pricing, features, and their impact on profitability.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage corporate relationships to focus on deal closures.
- Liaise with insurers and TPAs to secure competitive quotes and provide superior services.
