- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Responsible for bulk Tea Sales, Tasting, QA, Auctions, Export, Tendering, Quality control & profitability.

- Responsible for developing business & building the brand of the company.

- Explore new avenues of business and submit feasible expansion plans.

- Ability to manage other managers, and deal with challenging situations while remaining forward-looking and positive.

- Plan, lead and execute the annual/periodic business plan.

- Develops and implements growth strategies.

- Should be able to handle a team.

- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
