Job Description as follows:

Position Head - Marketing

- Qualification Diploma Mech/BE Mech. + MBA Marketing

Job Description:

- Must have experience of Rubber Industry.

- Able to handle existing Automotive OEM & Tire I Customers.

- Must develop New Business through OEM & Tire I Customers.

- Customers follow up of new items, items under development.

- Quotation to customer for finalization.(related to products).

- Follow up the material regarding marketing

Costing:

- Review data required by mgmt.

- To prepared MRM data maintained.

- To prepared sales data maintained.

- Look for opportunities for JV/sales agreement to increase product range / portfolio.(ex. Joint ventures.).

- Disciplinarian COO/Director/Managing Director.

- Process area: Marketing & sales

Main function of the employee:

- Process leading role Generate business by increase sales orders through various customres.

Required position criteria:

- Requires significant knowledge of Marketing strategy, sales funtions, product branding, handle new business enquries.

- This is normally acquired by ten to twelve years of experience.

- Incluides responsibilities like advertising, negotation, purchase, handling new enquries, generate new business trough OEM & Tire I Companies.
