Key Responsibilities :-
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the HoReCa sector to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and monitor progress to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
2. Sales and Business Development
- Identify, target, and establish relationships with key HoReCa clients to promote spice products.
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns tailored for the HoReCa segment.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with hotels, restaurant chains, and catering companies.
3. Team Management and Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the HoReCa sales team to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team's knowledge of products and industry best practices.
- Track team performance, provide coaching, and drive the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
4. Market Expansion and Channel Development
- Identify new markets and distribution channels to enhance product reach and presence.
- Work closely with distributors and partners to ensure smooth product supply and delivery.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement in products and services.
6. Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare and manage the HoReCa sector's budget in alignment with the company's financial objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, market trends, and team activities to senior management.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
Requirements :-
- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the HoReCa sector.
- Proven track record in the spice industry or a related food/beverage sector.
Skills:-
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of HoReCa sales dynamics and customer preferences.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
