Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive zonal business plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and emerging trends to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to formulate effective strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations professionals.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
Sales and Business Development:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the zonal footprint.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement robust systems and controls to manage risk and compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
Financial Performance:
- Manage the zonal budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks within the zone.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement robust risk management frameworks and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA from a reputed institution
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the BFSI industry.
- Deep understanding of banking and financial services products and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
- Experience in digital transformation and technology-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
