Very good opportunity for freshers who wants to start their career on HR. Not for career oriented people. As a fresher you can learn so many things... Overall it's a good experience. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No doubt work culture is good but some seniors are biased.

Overall friendly environment and mutual respect for each other especially those who higher in terms of age and experience. Group cohesiveness and co-operative environment. Very good work life balance too.

Dislikes

Job security. Should give some more time to an individual from a different domain and working experience moving out from different industries / organizations. Senior management should try and understand issues faced during execution of daily work and try to resolve and help the individual employee accordingly. Otherwise good people and professional to work with.

Recruitment and shortlist. End to end sourcing from job portals especially for insurance industries. (General Insurance) various job profiles with leading market leader on general insurance industry ( both motor & non motor).
