About the Role:
- The Zonal Head will be responsible for managing the overall business operations, sales, and profitability for their assigned zone.

- The Zonal Head will lead regional teams, establish strong dealer networks, and ensure customer satisfaction while working closely with senior leadership to align strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, revenue, and market share in the assigned zone.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Define clear targets for regional teams and ensure their alignment with organizational objectives.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales across the zone by building and nurturing dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify and onboard potential dealers, ensuring they meet company standards and policies.
- Manage channel conflicts and ensure harmonious relationships between the company and its partners.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Set KPIs for team members and ensure accountability through regular reviews and feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Operational Management:
- Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events within the zone.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels at dealerships and warehouses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Customer and Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions to maintain brand reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
Market Insights and Reporting:
- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to senior management on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team activities for review by senior leadership.
Key Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler industry.
- Strong knowledge of dealer and distributor management.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and financial planning.
Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with a focus on motivation and accountability.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage dealer and distributor relationships effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
