- Manage and oversee sales operations across assigned regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide training and support to the sales team.
- Report on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities.
- Lead sales operations for the entire zone (South, East, North, West).
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive growth and market penetration.
- Oversee and guide RSMs and ASMs across the zone.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective measures when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Educational Qualification - Graduate (Mandatory), MBA (Preferred)
- 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 2-wheeler & 3-wheeler industry.
- Freshers with exceptional skills in sales and communication are also encouraged to apply.
