Crm Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and summarize sales data to track performance and costs.
• Support Sales & Marketing with insights, forecasts, account analyses, and service updates.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals with prospects.
• Research and collect potential customer contacts from various sources.
• Engage potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and social media to generate and convert leads.
• Maintain and update records in CRM tools.
• Maintain effective client relationships.
• Ensure client requirements are understood and delivered to enhance satisfaction.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with prospects/clients to close deals.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients through phone calls and emails.
• Maintain and track all the enquires received through mail or any other source.

Candidate Profile:

• 1-4 years of experience in CRM Management or related field (preferably).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management. /B.Tech/B.E. in Computers).
• Strong skills in Zoho CRM, Sales Coordination, Client Coordination, Follow Ups, Enquiry Management, Sales Support, Proposal Preparation, Proposal Management, and Proposal Follow Ups.
• Professional proficiency in MS Office.
