Job Description

Position Overview:
The Business Development Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and business development teams by managing sales activities, coordinating leads, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. This role involves driving sales efforts, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating new sales leads and prospects through research and outreach.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update client records, sales data, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by handling administrative tasks and client communication.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses and actions.
  • Organize and assist with trade shows, events, and other business development activities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products, services, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and sales support.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or related roles.
