Job Description
- -Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- -Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of products and services.
- -Maintain and update client records in CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy.
- -Generate and analyze sales reports, including performance, payment collections, and client activity.
- -Provide proactive support to clients via email and phone, addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- -Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- -1-3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in sales coordination preferred).
- -Strong communication and organizational skills.
- -Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- -Familiarity with CRM tools (e. g. , Ebiz CRM) is an added advantage.
- -Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic demands.
- -Bachelor's degree preferred.
