Your Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in coordinating daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales processes.
Manage and maintain sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and follow-up correspondence.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, marketing, and product departments to ensure client needs are met.
Track sales leads, pipeline progress, and customer accounts to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Organize and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and client calls for the sales team.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports, forecasts, and metrics to leadership.
Ensure CRM is updated with accurate client data and communication logs.
Handle client inquiries and support sales teams with any administrative tasks required for successful deal closures.
Monitor the timely and successful execution of sales orders and contracts.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role in a B2B sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, Salesforce) to track and manage client data will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with both internal teams and external clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation purposes.
