Looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage client communications, handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups. Support the sales team, generate reports, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary contact for clients (email, phone, WhatsApp).
Handle inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Coordinate order execution and follow-ups.
Assist sales team with data, reports, and documentation.
Manage CRM, sales records, and vendor coordination.
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings & costing.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
Experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
