Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage the sales and delivery of products and services to our clients
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to develop procurement strategies and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update relevant databases and systems
Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms and pricing to ensure optimal value for the organization
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
Assist the sales team with pricing, quotations, and order processing
Track and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders or deliveries in a timely manner
Support the sales team in maintaining and developing relationships with key clients
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience in sales coordination
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office suite
