We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for reporting to the Director of Sales and overseeing the sales team, while also providing support and motivation to other sales personnel. This is a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving company goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members to foster their professional growth and enhance their selling skills
Act as a mentor and coach to sales representatives, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven track record of at least 5+ years in B2B and B2C sales(preferably with the Apple Product will be an added advantage)
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the computer and network security industry
In-depth knowledge of sales process principles, techniques, and best practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
