Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Lead Generation Coordinator to join our sales team. This role is responsible for generating high-quality leads, maintaining sales data, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and experienced in using CRM systems and lead generation tools to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and events.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and assess the potential of leads to ensure they align with company criteria for sales opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update accurate sales data in the CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking of leads and sales activities.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, sales goals, and ensure timely handover of qualified leads.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on key lead generation metrics, providing insights into lead performance and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Outreach: Follow up on leads to build relationships, nurture prospects, and support them through the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation processes to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market trends, providing actionable insights to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on improving processes and driving results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
