Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing
schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales
representatives, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent
organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
o Coordinate with sales executives, clients, and other departments to ensure
seamless order processing.
o Handle inquiries, provide product details, and manage customer relationships.
o Monitor inventory levels to meet client requirements.
o Follow up on pending orders and payments with customers and internal teams.
o Maintain and update sales records in the company database.
o Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
o Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and agreements.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Any Graduate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be the plus point.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years in a similar role; experience in the manufacturing
or engineering industry is a plus.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
