Veego Instruments, located at Andheri-East, Mumbai is hiring for job profile of SALES COORDINATOR.

• Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce and Arts streams.
• Experience: Experience of 2-3 years preferred. Candidates with experience in export-oriented documentation will get special preference.
• Good command on English language (both written and spoken), and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook are a must.
• Job Profile:
• Independently handling inbound queries through telephone calls from prospects, existing clients, dealers, etc.
• Drafting e-mail responses for business correspondence including customer inquiries, inbound and outbound communication, logistics, etc.
• Preparation of Commercial Documents like proforma and final invoices, billing documents, packing lists, quotations, etc. for both local and export queries and orders.
• Coordination with local and international clients for their order dispatch, documentation requirements, etc.
