Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the
necessary support to the sales team and facilitate the teams activities to maximize
performance.
Roles& Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the RFID sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Assist sales team in preparing sales orders and other sales support-related work.
• Liaise with the accounts and store /production team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Follow up with debtors via emails, and calls weekly for outstanding payment collection.
• Liaise with the support team and hardware repair team to ensure timely delivery of
faulty hardware etc.
• Maintain order records and update in system with relevant information.
• Prepare and maintain sales/ tender-related documentation, such as contracts,
agreements, and other documents etc.
• Respond to existing customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp,
etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional
support and addressing their queries or concerns promptly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales-
related activities.
Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum qualification: B.com/ BBA/ MBA/ PGDM in any specialization
• Proven experience in sales and administration
• Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a high level of dedication
• Any certification in management.
