Job Description

HR Generalist with handling area/ regional stores/outlets, Recruitment, Salary Components, Statutory Compliance, Store Visits, Employee Grievance Management, Insurance, and R&R Activities Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in various facets of human resources management, including recruitment, salary components, statutory compliance, store visits, employee grievance management, insurance, and rewards and recognition (R&R) activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations while actively contributing to employee satisfaction and compliance with applicable labour laws.


Will handle Delhi as a region with 3 stores located at Omaxe, South Ex & Karol Bagh.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment (Blue collar - Sales Executive, Store Manager, Floor Manager, Fashion Consultant, Cashier) process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

2.Salary Components:


    • Administer and manage the salary structure, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's compensation philosophy.
    • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to make informed decisions.
    • Handle payroll-related tasks and resolve any salary-related queries.

3.Statutory Compliance:


    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, minimum wages, and labor welfare provisions.
    • Maintain records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws.
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports and returns as required.

4.Store Visits:


    • Conduct regular visits to various company locations or stores to assess the HR needs and provide on-site support.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and programs and make recommendations for improvement.

5.Employee Grievance Management:


    • Develop and implement an efficient grievance redressal system.
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints or issues in a fair and timely manner.
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns and promoting open communication.
  1. Insurance:

    • Manage employee benefits and insurance programs, including health, life, and disability insurance.
    • Assist employees with insurance-related inquiries and claims.
    • Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.

  1. Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Activities:

    • Plan, organize, and coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
    • Develop and implement strategies to motivate and reward employees for their contributions.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of R&R initiatives on employee morale and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, salary management, statutory compliance, store visits, grievance management, insurance, and R&R activities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
