Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in various facets of human resources management, including recruitment, salary components, statutory compliance, store visits, employee grievance management, insurance, and rewards and recognition (R&R) activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations while actively contributing to employee satisfaction and compliance with applicable labour laws.
Will handle Delhi as a region with 3 stores located at Omaxe, South Ex & Karol Bagh.
