Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct preliminary screenings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling further rounds as needed.
  
• Ensure timely joining formalities for selected candidates by coordinating with HR team.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and join dates.
