RESPONSIBILITIES:
ATL,BTL, Store marketing, Vendor management
Develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Plan and execute offline campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, events, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for design, printing, and distribution of marketing materials.
Plan and organize offline events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products.
Coordinate logistics, booth setup, and staff participation for events.
Measure the success of events and analyze their impact on brand awareness and lead generation.
Create and manage the production of brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency in all printed materials.
Monitor inventory levels of printed materials and reorder as needed.
Develop and execute direct mail marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments.
Track the effectiveness of direct mail campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Implement localized marketing strategies, including partnerships with local businesses, sponsorships, and community involvement.
Identify opportunities for local advertising and promotional activities.
Manage and allocate budget resources for offline marketing initiatives.
Monitor expenses and report on ROI for each campaign or activity.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences in offline marketing channels.
Use market research to optimize offline marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs.
Prepare regular reports and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4+years of experience in the retail industry
2. Proven experience in offline marketing, including event planning, print media, and direct mail campaigns.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in using design and marketing software tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
