The Associate - Leasing (Industrial/Warehousing) will play acritical role in managing and expanding the leasing portfolio for ourindustrial and warehousing properties. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of commercial real estate markets, excellent negotiation skills,and a proactive approach to client management. This role requires adetail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines while maintaining a high level of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Build and maintainstrong relationships with current and potential tenants. Act as the primarypoint of contact for leasing inquiries and tenant issues.
Leasing Activities: Assist in all aspectsof the leasing process including market analysis, property tours, leasenegotiations, and lease document preparation.
Market Research: Conduct market researchto identify trends, opportunities, and competitive properties. Provide insightsto support strategic leasing decisions.
Property Management Support: Collaboratewith the property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and address anyoperational issues.
Marketing: Develop and implementmarketing strategies to attract new tenants. Coordinate with marketing teams tocreate promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare and present regularleasing activity reports, market analyses, and occupancy forecasts to seniormanagement.
Financial Analysis: Assist in thepreparation of financial models and projections for leasing scenarios. Analyzelease agreements and financial implications.
Compliance: Ensure all leasing activitiescomply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration,Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercialreal estate leasing, preferably within the industrial or warehousing sector.
