Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The Manager Commercial leasing position is directly linked to revenue growth of ALD, responsible for generating leads and concluding large value land lease transactions.
ORGANISATION CHART
This position reports to Head BD
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management
- Support in increasing the prospect base for commercial leasing
- Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities
- Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions, sponsorship, events etc.
- Use online research tools to generate prospective leads
Work internally to align all stakeholders and build support for these opportunities; ensuring timely RFP/RFQ response communications, lead implementation and execution of projects awarded

Marketing & Branding Consultants

Projects & Design
Legal team, Accounts and Finance, MAG
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
- Land monetization potential of ~200 acres and Build-to-Suit potential of ~1 Mn sft across multiple asset classes in next 5 years
An average 15 Cr/acre will generate cash flows equivalent of 3000 Crores.
OTHER DIMENSIONS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
MBA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of experience across land leasing and space leasing preferably at Hyderabad
- Experience in drafting contracts, term sheets and closure of leasing transactions
- Existing network with channel partners/CRE occupier representatives
- Good inter-personal skills and people management skills
- Excellent Negotiation, Business Communication and Presentation skills
Expert in using Excel, Word & Power Point
