To lead and ensure implementation of digital transformation projects (sponsored by GCMO) to drive technological innovation, change and business growth using AI and emerging technologies.

Position reports to CEO- Business Integration

Envision, evaluate and steer digital transformation for centrally sponsored programs involving technologies such as GenAI, ML, IOT, RPA, Process Mining, etc. Ultimately, ensure alignment of the program with business objectives in the process

Steer group level innovation initiatives across business units, in partnership with the Innovation head, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of group innovation strategy

Anticipate risks associated with innovation projects, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards

Guide centrally sponsored programs for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to technology and recommend step-by-step corrective measures

Act as an SME for knowledge sharing across business units for initiatives related to technology and stay updated about all the technology related initiatives within the group

Keep GCM and other senior stakeholders informed about the evolving technological landscape, global business trends and new business transform initiatives

• Interaction with external support partners and project members of cross-functional teams

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) from Premier Institutes
• Certifications in AI/ML, project management (e.g., PMP) or innovation management is preferred

Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT, and their application in business contexts

• Proven track record of 10-15 years in experience in digital innovation, technology management, and driving innovation initiatives within large enterprises
• Experience in implementing AI in projects is a mandatory (non-negotiable)
• Hands on experience of developing dashboard using analytics tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Proven track record of leading successful digital innovation projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and the ability to translate technological trends into actionable insights
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships is desirable.
