Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:*
- Greet and assist customers, providing information on stores, offers, and amenities.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
**Loyalty Programs & Promotions:*
- Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, implement, and monitor mall-wide promotions, events, and seasonal activities.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and enhance the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
**Crisis Management & Issue Resolution:*
- Develop and implement strategies to address emergencies and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Train front-line staff in handling customer interactions and ensuring consistent service standards.
**Qualifications:*
- Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a retail, mall, or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact with diverse customers and tenants.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and MS Office.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
