Position : Customer Relation Manager (CRM)
Job Type : Full-Time
Locations : Ranchi and Patna

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance services.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools and software.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+2 students can apply also
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
