Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to oversee marketing efforts across all cities of Jharkhand. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing regional marketing campaigns, team coordination, and driving impactful digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

    • Design and execute marketing strategies tailored for different cities in Jharkhand, aligned with Always Dials objectives.
    • Identify target markets, key demographics, and growth opportunities for the business.
    • Develop digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and traditional marketing approaches (events, partnerships, print media, etc.).
  2. Team Leadership and Coordination:

    • Manage and lead local marketing teams across Jharkhand, ensuring efficient collaboration and consistency in brand messaging.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to marketing team members in each city to drive high performance.
    • Coordinate marketing activities, resources, and efforts across all locations, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  3. Brand Management:

    • Oversee brand positioning and awareness efforts in each city, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Maintain the company s image, values, and messaging in all marketing materials, advertisements, and online content.
    • Enhance brand visibility through strategic partnerships, media outreach, and influencer collaborations.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives across Jharkhand.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to assess the success of marketing efforts.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be submitted to the Ranchi office, including detailed insights on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  5. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in Jharkhand.
    • Adapt marketing strategies based on evolving market conditions and consumer preferences.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget for each city.
    • Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
  7. Cross-Department Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales, business development, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, media outlets, and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing regional or city-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel within Jharkhand as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Jharkhand market and local consumer behavior.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or service-based industries.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
