Job Description
- Assist in scouting and selecting models for different assignments, shoots, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients, photographers, and designers to understand their casting requirements.
- Review portfolios, headshots, and other materials submitted by potential models.
- Schedule and manage auditions and casting calls.
- Maintain an updated database of models, talent profiles, and availability.
- Handle communication with models and clients regarding casting updates and requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the casting team, including paperwork and record-keeping.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply, but prior experience in the fashion or entertainment industry will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for the modeling and fashion industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
