Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Sales role at CHW Forge Private Limited in Ghaziabad. The Executive Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Sales Strategy Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
New Business Development and Contract Negotiation skills
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Customer Needs Assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the forging or related manufacturing industry
Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing (MBA) and candidate who Mechanical background preferred, or related field
Ability to travel as needed
